1. Before wearing for the first time, soak the lenses in a multi-purpose contact lens solution for at least 6 hours.
2. Remove your lenses before sleeping.
3. Do not participate in any water sports while wearing lenses.
4. Always wash your hands before wearing, removing, or handling your contact lenses.
5. Rinse and scrub your lenses every 2-3 days to prevent protein buildup, which can be harmful to your eyes.
6. Insert lenses before applying makeup around the eyes, and remove lenses before taking off makeup.
7. Contact lenses are not one-size-fits-all; please consult your eye care specialist to ensure the parameters are suitable for your eyes before purchasing.

Step 1: Wash Your Hands

Wash your hands with soap and dry them before and after handling the lenses.

Step 2: Check the Lens

Handle the lenses only with your fingertips. Avoid using your nails, as they can tear the lenses. Examine the bowl of the lens to ensure the edge is not curved outwards. If it is, the lens is inside out.

Step 3: Hold and Insert the Lens

With one hand, gently lift your upper lid. Using your other hand, gently pull down your lower lid and place the lens on your eye with your forefinger.

Step 4: Blink and Adjust

Release your fingers from your eyelids. Close your eyes and blink two or three times. Gently massage your eye in a circular motion to center the lens. Repeat the process with the other eye.
