About Eye Desire Lenses
  • What makes Eye Desire lenses different from other brands?
    Eye Desire lenses are designed for both comfort and natural beauty, using ultra-thin, breathable material that keeps your eyes comfortable for hours. Each shade is custom-blended to look natural on brown, hazel, and light eyes.
  • Are the lenses FDA / CE / ISO approved?
    Yes. All Eye Desire lenses are FDA, CE, and ISO approved to ensure safety and quality.
Lens Information
  • Are your lenses suitable for sensitive eyes?
    Yes. Our lenses are made from moisture-retaining materials and are suitable for sensitive eyes. If you feel irritation, remove the lens and consult your optician.
  • How long can I wear them in a day?
    We recommend wearing them for up to 8 hours per day for best comfort.
  • Are they yearly or monthly lenses?
    Most Eye Desire lenses are yearly (12 months after opening).
  • Do you offer prescription (powered) lenses?
    Yes. You can choose Plano (no degree) or Powered lenses. Powered lenses can be selected per eye if your right and left eye have different powers.
Usage & Care
  • How do I insert and remove the lenses?
    Always wash and dry your hands. Place the lens on your fingertip, make sure the edges are rounded (not flared), look straight and place gently on the eye. To remove, look up, slide the lens down, then pinch it gently.
  • How do I clean and store them?
    Use only fresh contact lens solution (never water) and store in a clean lens case. Change the solution daily.
  • Can I sleep or swim with them?
    No. We don’t recommend sleeping or swimming with lenses on. This can cause irritation or infection.
Orders & Shipping
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
    Lebanon: 1–3 days
    International: 5–10 business days (depending on your country).
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. We ship from Lebanon to GCC, MENA, Europe and more. Shipping rates appear at checkout.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
    Contact us immediately at info@eyedesirelenses.com or via Instagram DM. If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Can I return or exchange my lenses?
    Because lenses are hygiene products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items. Please make sure you choose the right color and power before checkout.
  • My item arrived damaged / wrong color, what now?
    Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us photos. We will assist and replace if it’s a mistake from our side.
Safety & Eye Health
  • Can I wear them if I have dry eyes?
    Our lenses are designed to stay hydrated, but if you have very dry eyes you may need lubricating eye drops (lens-safe) or to reduce wear time. If irritation continues, remove the lens and consult an eye specialist.
  • Do I need a prescription?
    For Plano lenses, you can order without prescription. For powered lenses, please make sure your prescription is valid and within our power range shown on the product page.

Important: Never share your lenses with anyone. This is unsafe and unhygienic.
